During the bidding phase, we can explain the project to the bidder, clarify the scope as needed, and recommend and prequalify contractors. We can confirm that all of the MEP-related requirements within the specs are included in the bidder’s proposals, and offer recommendations of final selection. If you need it done, we will handle it.
