Careers

We believe that what we make of our careers at Kibart is up to each of us. That’s why we give our employees the training, mentorship, technology and professional challenges that allow them to propel themselves to the height of their capabilities. The best employees are those who have the “Yearn to Learn,” and Kibart supports that in multiple ways: We pay for trade association memberships, required certifications and continuing education, and we make teaching a part of the day-to-day structure. You will have guidance, and you will be challenged.

The people at Kibart are passionate about the work they do. This stems from ongoing opportunities for advancement, and the motivation we provide one another through the relationships we build. We encourage friendships — being someone that others can rely on, sincerely caring for others, and supporting fellow team members by looking out for them and always doing our best. We plan social activities throughout the year so that employees get to know each other personally, build camaraderie, and have a chance to appreciate what we’ve achieved together.
